meter features an angled sensor on top that allows simultaneous
measurement and readout without interference from the operator.
This compact light meter is equipped with a silicon photodiode light
sensor, with cosine and photopic correction. Its easy-to-read, illuminated,
3 1/4 digit LCD displays light level units of measure and low battery
indication. With a quick flip of a switch, choose between Footcandle
and Lux; then simply press the button to take and hold your light
reading.

Calibration
Light calibrations and recalibrations are performed by COOKE and
are
traceable to NIST Standards. The photopic response of the calibrated
sensor
matches the CIE standard observer curve response to within 1% of
the
reading when using a standard tungsten source at 2856°K
